Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

United Kingdom — FREE next-day delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Order before 1pm on a working day (Monday–Friday) and we dispatch the same day, with delivery typically the next working day.

Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends, or on a UK bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on a Sunday or a bank holiday are dispatched the following working day and typically arrive the day after that.

Please note that while Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually arrives the next working day, this is a Royal Mail service estimate and is not guaranteed.

Rest of the World

We ship internationally with an estimated delivery time of 6–10 working days. A flat shipping charge of £25 applies to all orders outside the United Kingdom, calculated at checkout.

International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)

Prices at checkout do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply in the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable on or after delivery. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.

Tracking

Every order is sent on a tracked service. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable will be re-sent once the correct address is confirmed; re-delivery charges may apply.

Delays outside our control

We dispatch on time wherever possible, but once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
